A patient in a busy medical practice says, "Hey Doc, I'm having a really serious problem and I need some help.  Ya see, every time I put my hand on my hot stove it really hurts. Like, really bad." "I see..." says the Doctor. "Does this happen regularly?" "Yes, every single time I put my hand on the hot stove, I get this painful burning sensation right in the area where it comes in contact with the burner." "Ahhh yes, I have seen this before and I know exactly what to do." Says the doctor confidently. "I suggest we do a nerve block surgery so you don't feel the pain when you touch the hot...
It is almost inherent in our nature to move from pain and discomfort quickly. Pain and discomfort may look all kinds of ways. It may show up as back pain. Perhaps headaches or bloating is how this shows up in others. Discomfort can be itchy skin, fatigue, aching limbs, or a stiff neck. For others, discomfort or pain may look like depression, anxiety, a running mind, negative self-talk, insomnia, or just feeling unfulfilled. Regardless of how unpleasant sensations manifest, we typically want to get far away from them, as quickly as possible. In most cases, we just want it to stop... now.  ...
Your experiences can change another person's life.   Please share what you know with others and support them in becoming happier and healthier. Every day I come in contact with at least one person who desperately needs support in their health care.  So many people are so sick.  So many are suffering and living for years, even decades with discomfort and even debilitating ailments.  In most cases, it simply doesn't have to be this way.  I fully expect my clients to heal and in most cases, I expect changes very quickly.  Often, the way I practice and employ comprehensive holistic medicine,...

A small step forward. Companies can now pay to have their foods certified that they are GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) free.   Read the complete article: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/05/14/usda-gmo-label_n_7284544.html This is great step… sort of.  Well at least a step in the right direction.  Yes, this is a step in informing people of what they are doing…but it is still so backwards.  Why do companies have to pay to be able to say their food DOES NOT have GMOs instead of requiring companies producing GMOs to list their actual ingredients?   So backwards!!! It is insane. Don’t...

One day a hard-working woman awoke and opened her eyes to find she was laying in complete darkness in a small box where she could barely move.  In terror, she screamed pushed open the box lid only inches away from her face. The lid easily opend, and in the light, she realized she was lying in a coffin!  As she started to get out of the coffin, she quickly realized, this was no ordinary coffin. This coffin was lined with a soft and comfortable velvet interior.  She paused for a moment and felt the plush interior.  The soft velvet felt so inviting and even appeared to call out her name and told...
Once upon a time in the suburbs not too far away, there lived a very nice family. There was a nice man who was married to a very nice wife, and they had a nice little boy and a nice little girl. They lived in a nice home and drove nice cars that had a nice picket fence. The nice family was very busy so they would eat out often or quickly fix meals from nice boxes at home. When not too busy, family enjoyed relaxing with their TV and other comforts of their nice home.  They often found exercising and doing activities together just didn't seem to happen much. After a visit to the family doctor...
